Here’s the final video in the excellent EPIC-TV series revealing parts of Adam Ondra’s training for “Project Hard” at Flatanger, Norway. In this episode you’ll see Adam training power endurance with his unique advanced “4×4” interval-bouldering protocol. Adam takes normal 4×4 training and makes it an order of magnitude harder by actually doing a 4x4x4 routine with reduced rest breaks and with the addition of a 10-pound (4kg) weight vest!

I get pumped just thinking about trying to do Adam’s 4x4x4 program…but then I remind myself that he IS the world’s best sport climber! Anyway, enjoy the video…and see if you get just the slightest bit excited to train by watching this video!
